You can’t do 10 workouts in one day to catch up with all those missed workouts you didn’t do. You can’t even do 3 of them. You have a chance to do maximum of 2 workouts per day. And I personally think that one is the best and most effective. Yes you can do one great workout per day, that is very beneficial, calming, strengthening, mood improving, everything healing medicine.
But if you go that day or two, or three or more without that workout, you missed the great opportunity to do something amazingly great for yourself. It is a missed opportunity and the loss is incredibly high. And if you really think about it and know what I am talking about, you will plan and schedule accordingly. You will squeeze your workout in your day, preferably somewhere outside and it doesn’t matter how busy person you are.
Let me just state it a little different way. You can’t afford not to squeeze it to your day. I will go as far as to suggest you to schedule substantial time, about 2 hours for your daily workout and relaxation after that. If you don’t, than you become a looser. I am sorry to be so straight forward with you about that. But it is quite truth. What is more important to you, than your health and well being? Yes you got that right, nothing. Otherwise, you are what I just said – looser!
What happens when you squeeze few workouts in your day after missing days without workouts? You will be tired, over trained and sore. And also disgusted by it. Instead of that exercise being great, refreshing activity for you, you will start hating it. It’s like writing a book. If you write just a little bit every day, instead of one long creative burst per week, you are most likely to get your book eventually published. If you write occasionally, you’ll never get it done.
Day has 24 hours. Once they are gone, they are gone. You will never get it back. Your day is gone! Did you do something for your health today? Did you exercise a little bit today? If you did, great! If you didn’t, why? Is it because you didn’t have time? I don’t take it for an answer. Either you did or didn’t. And if you didn’t, you missed the great opportunity. But tomorrow is another day. Make sure it’s your opportunity used well.
Now, I am going to play an hour and a half of tennis, in spite of people begging me to train them. Yes, they offer me to pay double for my session to squeeze them in my schedule. But, the day has only 24 hours and I don’t want to loose my opportunity. It’s tennis time!
