Great! From now on, not only your diet is improving tremendously, you are now moving more. And you are moving in the most efficient way toward your six pack abs – doing strength training.
Start today and stick with this simple workout plan two to three times per week on nonconsecutive days: Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays is a great schedule. Eventually, you will graduate to only two times whole body strength training, when the workout gets more intensive and comprehensive.
