Let’s make it short and sweet! Our step 49 for week 49 in year to six pack abs mission is to know that performance enhancing drugs are not necessary on your road to your own Six Pack Abs achievement.

There is a lot written about how achieving lean and muscular body is only possible with help of performance enhancing drugs. Nothing can be further for truth!
While I agree that they can lift your overall muscle gain and make you leaner, I personally was able to achieve muscular body without performance enhancing drugs.
And I was able to achieve better leanness and musculature than some of my colleges in fitness industry who are using PEDs – performance enhancing drugs.
Are good genes involved?
I am a guy with probably the worst genes out there. My parents were and still are overweight. Obesity runs in my family, plus I have severe scoliosis of my spine. Yet you’ll hardly see leaner more muscular guy out there! That’s my bragging moment. Thank you very much!
I read an article online from a very well known guy out there who swears by PEDs and how fantastic results they are showing on him. Yes he is lean and muscular, but what striked me the most, was his statement of – I can bench press 250lb now! Like that is something unachievable for a regular guy without PEDs. If you wake me up anytime in the middle of the night and put me under the barbell on the bench, I will do 10 reps with that weigh while still sleeping. Another bragging moment. Thank you very much!
Persistence, hard work and discipline
So why am I telling you all this? Because I want you to realize that you don’t have to take PEDs to achieve muscular athletic body with Six Pack Abs clearly visible on your stomach. And with that you can also perform like other guys out there who take them. And there is a lot of them out there.

What you see on the picture is what achieved with persistence and discipline. While PEDs are available to anyone, these beautiful traits are available to anyone too.
Decide to go for a second option please my fellow Six Pack Abs achiever and you’ll build not only lasting fit muscular lean body, but also discipline and persistence that will prove very valuable in your life.
PEDs are here to stay. But they simply fake your body while you take them. And if you want to keep the body you build with PEDs you are stuck with PEDs for the rest of your life. Once you stop taking them, you go immediately to your old form before you took PEDs.
Anyway, my parting words will be – choose one or the other very carefully. Because the devil will eventually takes it’s dues at some point. And the devil doesn’t have much control over persistence, hard work and discipline.

I know, that I can achieve all my fitness goals without performance enhancing drugs and with persistence, hard work and discipline!
I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day.
My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
I make things happen! And I am making my own Six Pack Abs happen!
