My Six Pack Abs lunch for past 17 days and counting.
Yes, I have been eating the same lunch for 17 days now and I am going to have the same old stuff for lunch today too. What is it? 5 whole eggs fried on butter with lots of fresh onion and some mushrooms, lots of black pepper and some salt. It takes about 10 min to prepare. It’s easy to make. it’s tasty. It is very nutritious. It is low on carbohydrate and the most important it keeps me on track aligned with six pack abs.
Is it boring? You bet it is! And there is nothing wrong with that. Why don’t you find excitement somewhere else in life like doing some cool sports outside, chasing beautiful girls or guys or working on your own entrepreneurial venture. And keep the real Six Pack Abs achievement boring and on autopilot. Because that’s how it really happens!
