How much Six Pack Abs promoting sleep do you really need? We are all very individual and different. But I have a very simple guideline for how much time of sleep you should get every day. Here it is:
6 hours – minimum
7 hours – acceptable
8 hours – ideal
I too sometimes sleep 6 hours occasionally per day. It happens. And it happens to everybody. There is no need to stress about it. But make sure it doesn’t happen very often. Maybe 2 times per month maximum. Or only when you are having fresh baby. It really should be a special occasion for it. And yes, having baby is longer term special occasion.
