Year To Six Pack Abs step 36 – It’s vacation time now and whenever you are having vacation, don’t touch the dumbbell. Don’t enter the gym environment on your vacation. Don’t do any strength training exercises. Just stay active, preferably doing fun stuff outdoors.
And this Six Pack Abs step applies at any time you take vacation: Winter, summer, fall, spring. It doesn’t matter. Vacation should be a different preferably fun stay somewhere in the nature. And with that you relax the tension of the daily grind. And when you come back you’re fresh and ready to resume your Six Pack Abs duties.

I love vacations! I think that’s universal. I am sure you love vacations too. Now, there are some strategies to make your vacation awesome and Six Pack Abs supportive. How do you do that?
Let me give you a simple example. I love surfing. And I also like playing tennis. My wife loves playing tennis, and she likes swimming in the ocean and just hang out on the nice beach reading a book and drinking her cocktail. So naturally almost all our vacations are in some great surfing preferably tropical ocean from place with some tennis courts on the property. It takes some planing. But really not that much.
Now, we can engage in physical athletic fun activities we really like. And it is awesome. Our vacations are fun and active. I never ever turn the TV on on my vacation. There is no time for it. I am either catching waves, playing tennis or playing catch with monkeys in the jungle.
And on my last one I almost surfed myself to death in the spot close to Sayulita Mexican surfing village. That’s how much I surfed. If I could buy a new set of shoulders in local Mexican store and replace the worn out ones, I would do it and keep surfing. And I loved it! And I want you to enjoy your vacation like that too. And also support your Six Pack Abs in a year goal at the same time.

Six Pack Abs vacations are active vacations without touching dumbbells, going to gym and not doing any strength training exercise. And I am applying this to every vacation I go to. And with that I am supporting my Six Pack Abs in the process!
