Every master was disaster! Think about it. It is a very important sentence. And it is our Year to Six Pack Abs step 35 for week 35. I personally live my entire life reminding myself this simple, but incredibly powerful piece of truth. And I want you to do the same. It puts you into a different state of mind. A very important state of mind – the growth mindset mind. And that makes everything possible. And that makes your Six Pack Abs happen too.

Everything you do can be improoved. In fact, we all were born with no skills and abilities at all. It’s only later, over time we acquire skills, shape and mastery at anything. And this includes the cool outdoors athletic activities, you are trying to master and learn, and off course Six Pack Abs achievement. Every six pack abs achiever, me included, was a disaster before he managed to become master.
I had a spate tyre on my belly 11 years ago. I was a disaster. And maybe you still are a disaster. And that’s ok. You are becoming a master. And if you don’t quit, you’ll become Six Pack Abs Master.
I was a total disaster at surfing and tennis 7 years ago. Primary reason for that is, that I grew up in Slovakia. And that’s a country with absolutely no public tennis courts, and my parents not willing to pay for private tennis courts for me to play. Slovakia, being a center European country, landlocked with no ocean waves, I didn’t have any opportunity to surf and learn the sport. That all changed when I came to California 11 years ago. Public tennis courts are everywhere and ocean with great waves is here to be played in. And it’s little cold, but very inviting.
And I decided to master these two sports. I am by no means a master yet, but I can comfortably ride 15 foot wave on San Francisco Ocean beach on crisp January morning and I can beat a seasonal 5.0 tennis player anytime. Now, enough for bragging! How do you apply Every Master was Disaster rule?
It’s very simple actually. It is a mindset switch. Your set your mindset to growt mindset. And this very simply means, that every time with a decent intensity (yes there a lot of people who just sleep on elliptical machines and don’t seem to be getting anywhere) you try to polish your craft, and you didn’t quit, you are getting better. And it simply means that you’ll eventually reach your desired destination, considering you didn’t quit and you practice you craft, yes Six
Pack Abs craft included, often enough with decent amount of intensity. I repeat.
Now, did you notice that I didn’t say you have to practice your craft for certain amount of time? Yes, time doesn’t matter, as long as intensity is there. You can hit a tennis ball for 10 minutes against the wall with maximum focus and intensity and you’ll get better.
Ok Six Pack Abs is a little bit more complex mastery to be achieved. And following the steps we already talked about in our Year to Six Pack Abs before is more time consuming. It’s more about intensively changing your habits one habit at the time. And as long as you didn’t quit, you are getting closer to your goal – achieving Six Pack Abs! So remember forever my fellow Six Pack Abs achiever: Every master was disaster! And live by this mantra. And ultimately: Succeed!
