I am one of the least informed people out there. Does it bother me? Not at all! Because what I am the least informed is, stuff I don’t really need in my life. Actually if I fed my brain with them, these information can seriously slow me down in making positive progress in my life.
And I want you my fellow Six Pack Abs achieving friend to do the same. Stop feeding your brain with negative news and other negative information out there. And there is a lot of this debilitating information out there. Stop watching news! Stop reading the paper!
Is this a radical advice I am imposing on you? Yes, it is! But, this seemingly simple, but not easy to apply Six Pack Abs step in a year to follow can seriously help you achieve your strongly desired Six Pack Abs. And I never said, that it an easy task to accomplish. So you need any help and discipline you can get to get there.
News in TV and newspaper is concentrated mainly on negative information. Basically, it is destilled to all the bad things that happened in the world that day. Of course with some occasional positive article. But those are rare. I am almost certain to say, that at least 75% of the news you watch in TV and read in newspaper everyday in negative.
Now, you might be wandering how by not reading and watching news, you can more easily achieve your goals and Six Pack Abs of course too. Well, our brains sort of tend to work on their own. Yes we have a control of it. Of course we do. But you are not really, really controlling your brain all the time. Yes, you have to learn many tasks in life and here is when the brain comes handy. Than you automate these stuff by filing them in your brain.
Now, you brain wanders all around throughout the day. You have an incredible amount of thoughts. And many of these thoughts are byproduct of what are you feeding your brain with. So if for example you start your day with reading few pages of positive motivating book and you also finish your day like that, your brain is more likely to wander into positive places throughout the day. That supports your energy and motivation. Life is good and it is worth fighting for your goals! Happy day end!
If you however read the news in the paper in the morning and you end your day with your local or national news, your brain will wander into all those places where something bad happened. You’ll feel slightly depressed about the life and world and you are most likely to give up on your goals too. Why fight, it’s hopeless sort of thinking. Don’t go there! Don’t feed you brain with negative stuff. Feet you brain with good, positive, happy, motivating material.

We are all different and we all enjoy doing and consuming different information. And I just want to give you few tips on what information to consume and what not from my experience.
I feed my brain with these information:
Biographies of mainly athletes, sometimes successful business people – I read lately Tennis star Rafael Nadal’s biography, cyclist wit bad rep. Lance Armstrong biography – I still like him a lot. He is an increadible athlete and survivor and we can all learn and get motivated from his stories. British superstar entrepreneur Richard Branson biography and so on.
I listen some biographies and other educational programs on audio, while working out or working.
I watch good positive movies and so on. Rocky movies kind are one of my favorite 🙂 Does it sound unsophisticated and simple? Probably. But be it. It helps me to stay positive and that’s what I am looking for. And you should be too.
Be creative here and feed your brain with good positive stuff. It’s crucially important! You’ll be more likely to persist with your positive attitude and you’ll keep working on your Six Pack Abs without giving up. And eventually you’ll achieve this worthy goal.

I am very careful what I feed my brain with! I don’t watch news and I don’t read newspaper! I don’t read internet news either! I don’t expose myself to negative stuff and information! I only feed my brain with fantastic positive stuff and information!
I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day.
My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
