Six pack abs is a hard goal to achieve. Not that many people out there have six pack abs. And part of the reason is the popular, conventional wrong information about loosing fat out there. Which is: Stay away from fat!
Well, obviously, this advice is not really working! People are avoiding fat more and more and they are getting fatter and fatter still. Something is wrong here.
And what is wrong is avoidance of fat. Fat is not making you fat! Eating more fat supports your six pack abs achievement. Here is the evidence. Check my six pack abs weekly routine. You’ll notice huge amount of fat I consume per day. While I don’t want you to eat huge amount of fat right away, I want you to add some more into your diet right now. And, please don’t be afraid of it! What you should be really afraid of, is that fat free sweetened late and croissant you had for breakfast. Not much fat in those. But by all means very fattening things to consume.

Calories are really not created equal. It’s all about body chemistry. And the main part of it is insulin sensitivity. Insulin is very sensitive to simple carbohydrates like processed sugar in any form, yes, honey included and processed grain flour.
When you eat these substances, your body reacts by releasing quick, big amounts of insulin. Your body has to brake all that sugar and flour down to its own sugar, which is called glycogen. That huge amount of insulin floating in your arteries is not that very known to our natural body function. It’s been only quite recent from evolution perspective. And our bodies still didn’t adapt to it. So what happens? Inflammation! And that creates great conditions for fat storing.
Six pack abs benefits of fat
Fat is insulin neutral. You can eat as much as you want of fat, and your body won’t release any inflammation causing insulin. Plus, when you eat more fat with your meal that contains carbohydrates, it will slow their blood entry down. Huge benefit! Fat has blood sugar entry slowing properties!
Second huge benefit of fat is it’s satisfaction property. If you eat more fat with your meal, you are not only slowing the carbohydrate entry to the blood down to its minimum, you are being more satisfied with this meal. Fat is tasty and keeps us satiate and satisfied longer. We don’t feel hungry for longer period of time after having an abundant fatty meal. And that as a result makes you eat less junk food.
