Sardines, salmon, herring, trout, mackerel and others in can, are a great ready made and to be eaten straight from the can breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners for you.
When life gets busy and there is no time for preparation of a healthy meal, grab a can of salmon, or sardines, or mackerel, open it and enjoy! The best ones are the simplest ones. And they come in water or olive oil.
Have some vegetables with it or my favorite 2 apples after it. In short, it is a fantastic six pack abs meal! And it’s ready for you anytime! Make sure you have them stacked at homes cupboards, work desk drawers, car trunk. Take advantage of it! Fall in love with it. I did. Sardines in can are my secret lovers! Seriously, I love them so much! Discover this love with me and help your six pack abs at the same time.
Don’t try this at home:
I very often open a can of sardines, put it on my passenger seat and while I drive from clients to clients, I eat my sardines straight from the can. That’s why, if you entered my Jeep, you would think my profession is being a fisherman. That’s how it stinks there. But who cares about the smell of fish in my car? Six pack abs is what people care about!

I discovered treasures in the can! And I fell in love with them! A really enjoy my moment with my sardines 🙂 My fat reserves are melting faster now. I am very proud of myself! And I am succeeding and loving every second of it!
I am losing fat, getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance and energy is rising every day!
