I believe that small, slow, steady, consistent improvements lead to sustainable success in anything and everything. And it’s not any different with achievement of your own six pack abs, great health, look, physical and mental performance with it. Six pack abs is a worthwhile goal to strive for. But it’s by no means an easy goal to achieve. A lot of people fail miserably trying to achieve it. I believe it’s the unsustainable pace they take. And than they just get very hard on themselves, discouraged and they give up.
I decided to run a one year program to six pack abs achievement. Slow, steady, consistent progress one step at the time. That’s how six pack abs happen. Year to six pack abs – week 1 – step 1
Our first step toward six pack abs achievement is cutting a can as a beverage holder from your life. It’s a metafore I use to basically cut all the soda – coke, sprite, fanta, diet soda, Mountain Dew, dr. Pepper, brisk……. All this sweet tasty poisonous liquids. I am sure you get the picture. I didn’t mention all here. There is a lot more out there. And some of them come in a plastic or glass bottle. Cut them all from your life. Cut all the soda pop out of your drinking menu this week and never look back.

Even if that seems like a simple goal, it’s not easy to follow. It could be incredibly hard to do. But considering, that you can still keep other stuff on your beverage list like for example fruit juices, it’s not that brutal. And if you want six pack abs and all the great stuff that comes with them, you will follow this step starting today.
One more time tell yourself loudly in the from of the mirror 7 times:
I am cutting the can as a beverage holder from my life!
I am getting stronger, healthier, better looking and my physical and mental performance is rising every day!
My six pack abs is more and more visible on my stomach everyday!
