Can you achieve six pack abs without any supplements? I mean no supplements at all? Not even extra vitamin C in a pill form, no whey protein shakes, no creatine? Nothing but pure diet and exercise to achieve your Six Pack Abs?
Six pack abs without supplements video:
I have a friend. Let’s call him Spot. Spot is more than 10 years younger than me. Spot is way too much into himself. He wants to look perfect all the time. Perfect hair cut, tanning studios, completely shaved body, you get the picture. Nothing wrong with that. I like him a lot. I just can’t imagine waisting so much energy on my looks. No,thank you very much!
Spot has it all. He has everything I don’t have. I am tan as a tractor driver, hands and legs only, my hair gets cut and groomed once in a month if I am lucky and have time for that. And there is Brazilian forest growing on my chest. And it’s also getting little grey too. Hold on, I forgot, I don’t even have hair on majority on my head. I am a bald guy with hair sticking out from the sides. I am exact opposite of Spot.
Yet, Spot is incredibly jealous of one thing I have, he’s not able to get. Or better said achieve. Yes, Spot wants that six pack abs desperately. And he’s been trying very hard for many years now to get it. And he’s failing.
Lately Spot came with some very special supplements to try another push to catch up with my six pack abs. When he pulled out a pill that was bright blue colored like my 3 year old sons favorite Chocho train, I cringed. “Spot, what is that?” I asked. His answer was: Glutamine, coffeine, taurine, ephedrine mix! Really that collor? Ouch! “Looks very natural. I wouldn’t touch that thing with a 12 foot pole!” I said. Spot just gave me the you don’t understand my friend look. And I really, really don’t!
Anyway, this is yet another supplement from at least 50 he already tried, yes needles/injected supplements included, that did not seem to work too. But now, it’s different. Spot has the pill! This will certainly work. He will be finally able to catch up with old, bald, hairy Milan!
Spot is fit. Yes he is. He spends a lot of time in gyms. He is obsessed. But I can’t help myself, but see a lot of time, work, starring in the mirrors, and cash wasted for that fitness level. Like I said, it’s not bad at all. But the way Spot approaches it, and time and resources he waists on it, he should be a fitness model by now. But he’s not. He’s kind of average. And he hates it!
Six pack can be achieved with no supplements
I don’t take any supplements at all. Ok, when I feel under the weather, I take little aspirin, maybe vitamin C or magnesium mineral pill. But that’s it! No creatines, effedrines, testosterone or ephedrine injections, taurines, whey proteins, yes I do take caffeine, but so do you probably, in the form of pure black coffee. I repeat, I don’t take any special supplements for my six pack abs at all.
I have six pack abs. I am almost 40 years old bald, already going little grey man. And on a last weeks BBQ birthday party, when I took my shirt off to get some sun while playing little soccer, one 7 year old named me cartoon superhero figure just because of my clearly visible, very natural, but very unnaturally looking six pack abs. He kept yelling at me: “Take those abs off! Take it off!!! How did you put it there? Take it off now!”
So what is the secret of my six pack abs I can share with you?
The secret is:
Almost 100% great diet free of additional sugar and flour.
Intensive religiously consistent whole body strength training.
That’s it!
That’s the secret sauce for six pack abs?
So what does Spot do wrong on his mission to achieve six pack abs? My guess is usually always right.
Spot eats too much protein. Not too much protein is necessary to achieve six pack abs and it can actually diminish your chances of getting one, since protein is insulin sensitive. All you need is 0.7 grams and often even less per pound of your body.
Spot doesn’t eat fat. But believe it or not fat consumption is very important for six pack abs achievement.
Spot takes supplements that contain too much sugar and other inflammation promoting chemicals. How bizare! The supplements that actually claim to give you six pack abs, get you further for achieving them. And they charge you premium for that! Ouch!
Spot snacks at evening time after dinner. Not good for six pack abs achievement.
And last but not least, Spots workout although very long are not very intensive. You only need about 30 minutes to hit the weights hard.
Achieving six pack abs is actually not that hard. And less supplements you take, the sooner you’ll actually achieve it. Our bodies don’t do well with supplements. Supplements are engineered products our prehistoric genes don’t recognize. They don’t care about it! And often they harm you! But people will always look for a magic pill. A short cut. And once spot is done with his blue pill, he will find another one that promises six pack abs, but never delivers.
