I could make this article very short and save you time. And I will do it if you like. You don’t really have to read all the way through the end of this death obvious message I’m about to describe.
So what should your Six Pack Abs supporting weekends look like?
Yes, here it is: Don’t sit on your Ass and don’t eat crap!
For the most part that’s the message. Now you can close you computer and go on with your day. Because that’s the message.
In my case my weekend looks like this:
I work both Saturdays and Sundays. My days off are changing all the time.
I Came to work at 5AM on Saturday to lead a boot camp class. It’s an hour and half of high intensity physical strength training work connected with swimming intervals in the pool.
But I don’t do anything beside yelling and motivating people to finish it. Yes that’s the reason I ended up being thrown to the pool a week ago by boot campers. Because for some reason they find it not fair that they work very hard and I just hang out and give orders. Never mind they choose the arrangements by themselves and they are paying big $$$ for it.
I did do my traditional leg workout after work:
3X15R – Leg press machine – 400lb
3X15R – Hamstring curl machine – 120,130,150lb
2X11R – Leg extension machine
It took me 15 minutes to finish. I couldn’t wait to be done with it. Boring stuff!!! But I force myself do it every Saturday.
In the afternoon I went skating on my hockey roller skates with my son who was bicycling. Yes I had a hockey stick with me to look cool and of course to do something with my hands and shoot tennis ball here and there.
On Sunday no workout at all. Just low intensity standing, walking, moving. I coached soccer practice of 5 year olds in the afternoon. But that’s more mental exercise that physical one.
Diet over the weekend:
I’m warning you. It’s very boring!
I drunk 3 traditional bulletproof coffees each day. And drunk pure water for the rest of the day. No alcohol at all this weekend. Not because I didn’t want to, but it seriously slows me down mentally. And I need to preserve my mental strength as much as I can. Why? 2 and 5 year old.
Both days lunches were the same – can of sardines + large fresh cucumber, fresh bell pepper, 3 oranges and 3 spoons of peanut butter.
Dinner at 7 – sautéed kale and ground turkey pizza. The pizza dough is made from pure ground turkey. That’s it for eating.
Boring? You bet!
Now it is your turn my fellow Six Pack Abs Achiever. Make your weekends boring and at the same time six pack abs exciting!
Adios. Milan
