The other day after I finished my tennis game I snapped few photos of my six pack abs with my phone. No, I am not trying to show off. Remember, I am in six pack abs business, and this is my specialty.
Ok, I know, it should be cleanly shaved. But to tell you the truth I don’t care about that stuff anymore. Plus I got tired of my surfing buddies telling me. Dude, what’s wrong with you? Do you also shave your £•€¥?
Anyway, I don’t feel a need to shave my six pack abs. Yes, it would look more ripped and visible. And I know guys who do it. All I can tell you is, shave it if you want. That’s the easy part. The hard part is to get six pack abs. Than you can do whatever you want with it.
Six pack abs tweaks
I did few tweaks to my diet recently. I added fat to my diet, primary saturated fat from grass fed butter and I also increased my consumption of carbohydrates, primary from sweet potatoes, yams and rice.
The third tweak I made to my diet was lovering the amount of protein I eat per day to 0.7grams per pound of my body weight from 1 gram.
The reason for lowering the protein in my diet is based on my latest research. Too much protein can be toxic to the liver, and decreasing the amount of protein in diet shows better longevity. Just don’t go overboard with cutting protein from your diet. It’s still very important nutrient. But cutting it down to 0.7 grams per pound of body weight could be a great idea.
I can tell, that my leanness didn’t suffer by these changes. I can actually tell I got a little bit leaner. I feel better, I sleep better, I have more energy. I think I found the true holly grail of my personal perfect diet balance.
