Doing anything worthwhile takes forever. Ninety nine percent of what separates those who achieve six pack abs from the rest is time, action, effort and stamina. But this is only achieved if you pace yourself.
You don’t have to do everything in one burst of energy in one day. Than have long break! Than do it again. You’ll get very sore and overwhelmed. That’s actually wrong and unsustainable way to do that and you will certainly fail. Little action steps done every day consistently are responsible for magic to happen eventually.
The question is: Are you the 1% or the people who make it? It’s incredible, how much we want something, but how little effort we are willing to put in it. The time is certainly there, we just choose to use it differently – watching TV, going to restaurants, spending huge time surfing web and so on.
The odds are against you. But who cares about the odds. Prove yourself that you are the part of the tiny successful group. Go, do it! Surprise us! Surprise yourself. Find a way to act everyday on your six pack abs. Is it pull ups and push ups day? Or is it squat jumps day. What are you choosing to have for breakfast? Eggs or bagels? The choice is yours. So act and make the right choices everyday and six pack abs is yours to have.

What you need are small sustainable action steps done over long period of time. You need to brake one tiny habit at the time. That’s how success happens. Progress happens with tiny steps done consistently not by huge effort occasionally. And getting six pack abs is no different.
