Achieving a six pack abs goal takes a special mindset. It’s exceptional, it’s rear to achieve and it’s also quite hard. Otherwise, a lot of people would run around with six pack abs. Well, that’s not happening. But, everybody still wants it. But for it to happen certain mindset needs to be in place.
Six pack abs dreams and no action
We all know the kind of people and maybe you are one of them, that sit in the coffee shop, or at home often with legs up on sofa enjoying a cup of coffee and a maybe a cigarette and reading endlessly how to achieve health, wealth and happiness.
These people feel fantastic at the moment, and they swear, they are going to follow through and achieve their dreams. Than, the coffee cup in empty, caffeine and nicotine is disappearing from blood stream, we need to get up and go to do our day chores. Go to work, go to our kids games, time to face the reality. Our happy moment is gone. And we already forgot that we are invincible and without stoping going after our dreams.
Six pack abs mind set
The six pack abs mind set is a kind of mindset lots of successful people have. I bet Michelangelo didn’t feel fantastic enjoying himself all the time when he was painting Sistine Chapel. Or Alexey Yashin when he was practicing every morning on outdoors ice skate ring in Siberia. Or Ernest Hemingway writing his novels. And many many other masters. The feeling good and creating masterful things is overrated. Most masterful art and achievement happens in pain and struggle. Six pack abs are not different.
These masters most likely struggled through, when they were honing their craft. For most part they didn’t feel good, they just went through the motions and did the work. Yes, the final result is glamorous, but there is a lot of sweat and pain behind it. These masters find a way to overcome this struggles and often find enjoyment in it. No they didn’t have to sit on their sofas in warm comfortable living rooms, enjoying their drink and cigarette to do their work. They forced themselves to do their work. No time for dreaming. All energy was concentrated on doing. Achieving the unachievable. And they eventually found a joy in this endeavor.
Stop being a dreamer and become a doer
Majority of people these days a mostly just a big dreamers. They dream everyday, the seek information everyday. The want to know everything and more and more about their six pack abs. But they don’t realize, that its quite simple. Improve your diet, move regularly, work hard, be consistent, stop dreaming, start doing attitude, start enjoying the struggle and achieve your goal that matters the most. That’s the six pack abs mindset.
If you happen to force yourself to get on with your six pack abs and the going is getting hard and you feel miserable, keep pushing through. Don’t give up. Don’t settle back to dreaming mode. Know, that what you are feeling right now, every master was feeling before you. It is the state, where the most improvement happens. When you sweat, you are tired and nothing seems to be working, that’s the sign of progress. Not a comfortable position on your sofa.
