Your six pack abs here – take it!
Yes, I know, you’ve been told that now in your thirties and forties you can’t achieve a six pack abs anymore. You have been told : Hey you are almost 40 years old or even worst, almost 50 years old, forget it! Your metabolism is slowing down! They tell you that you are past your physical prime. Just settle for a normal lean average healthy body and stop dreaming!
Don’t listen!
People who tell you this are the ones who failed miserably at their own quest to achieve six pack abs. They settled for average. And some of them are fat, and don’t seem to be able to loose that fat anymore. Even though they desperately want to. So they gave up.
Maybe you are one of them. Maybe, having a six pack abs was your goal. Nicely chiseled, clearly visible abs. Who doesn’t want that? And maybe, you already forgot your dream, because you realized or somebody told you, that you are getting too old, your metabolism is slowing down. And that you should lower your expectations about your leanness and fitness. Don’t listen that hogwash!
Six pack abs is 100% achievable!
Sometimes when I want to achieve something I start looking for evidence, that what I am looking for is achievable. There are people in their late thirties and fourties and even fifties and sixties that have six pack abs. Just google them, if you don’t believe me. And many of these people are so busy in their life’s, they hardly have a time to go to the gym. Six pack abs goal is achievable!
Youth is overrated
It’s time to refresh your goal. Getting your own six pack abs in your late thirties and forties and even fifties is definitely a very possible goal to achieve. And with a sufficient effort, you will achieve it!
I know, I am 36 almost 37 now, and you can hardly see somebody leaner with more clearly visible bricks on abs. I actually enjoy jealous 20 something’s staring at my stomach hopelessly. I like these young crying babies with flab on their abs, dreaming about six pack abs. It fuels my drive to keep my six pack abs to a very old age.
I have a 25 years old friend who is desperately trying to bring his fitness to the next level and get a six pack abs. He is already very fit, but because of a few reasons he is not getting closer to his goal. I will talk about these later. And I think, deep down he hates me for my six pack abs and that he doesn’t seem to be getting closer to his. On other side, I enjoy this kind of jealousy, especially of those that are way younger than me. Keep trying guys!
Youth is overrated and very out of shape these days. If you are 20 something reading this, close this site, it’s not for you! You will most likely spend your unlimited time doing the things that interfere with ever having a six pack abs – computer games, frequent partying, face booking, eating crappy colorful processed foods and drinking poisonous mixed drinks and feeling cool.
Six pack abs is for busy people
This site is for older people, busy people, that don’t have time to waist a minute of their life’s. and this is actually a huge advantage in six pack abs quest. The saying goes, if you want anything done fast, give it to busiest person. And it is truth. And it is also truth with six pack abs.
I am planing to have my six pack clearly visible until I am 70 years old and older. Anyway, time to stop listening naysayers and start dreaming again. If I can do it with my busy life, you can do it too.
No gym necessary
And forget those who tell you, that you will have to become a gym rat and spend countless hours in the gym to achieve your goal – six pack abs. Bullshit! I spend on my six pack abs development and preservation only about 30 sometimes 45 minutes per day. Yes 30 minutes per day and you too can wake up one morning, look at your closet mirror and see that clearly visible six pack abs. The question is: Are you willing to believe it and follow my steps to achieve it? I hope you are. Start dreaming and achieving again!
