You are incredibly busy with your life. Cooking, preparing stuff is not an option for you for the most part. But you still want to have your own six pack abs. No problem. There are six pack abs snacks out there, that don’t require you to do much work. And they can be also very delicious.
Stacking your home, workplace, car and car seat with six pack abs snacks and meals is a must for busy person like you are. A busy person who wants to have it all. Career, fun, kids and of course great shape with six pack abs.
Healthy snacks on your car passengers seat
This is a trick I have been using for a long time now. I always have a stack of healthy snacks on my car passenger seat. You can find there mostly apples, raw almonds, sometimes lightly salted roasted almonds, raw cashews, walnuts, nectarines, pears, string green beans and others.
Always when I am changing places driving, I have some of mine passenger seat delicious six pack abs snacks. What is the biggest advantage of this? First, you are never hungry. Second, it is an incredible time saver. You snack heathy six pack promoting snacks while you drive. And third, and the most important benefit of snacking on healthy stuff is, that you will fill your belly with good stuff, making it unlikely you will reach for crackers or potato chips somewhere you are just commuting with your car to. If you ever have that potato chip or cracker, you will not binge on it. Your bely is already full of nuts, apples and other fruit. It is a great cheat junk food trick.
Just be very careful when you drive. I actually found that I tend to concentrate more on driving while enjoying my almonds and apples.
Next time you are in your grocery store, stock your passenger seat. Buy 1 pound of apples, bag of raw almonds, bag of raw cashews, maybe some raw string bean and other snacks. Be creative. Just go fresh and natural. Put it on your passenger seat, open all the bags and enjoy!
Six pack abs snacks on your work site
Work places can be and often are a bad snack and food traps. I know. I used to work at one. People from outside of the company that were about to have a presentation would bring every morning kinds of foods that kill six ack abs – bagels, doughnuts, popcorn, caramel covered popcorn, all kinds of salamis and cheeses with crackers, sweets, candy bars, artisan chocolates. And employees would happily snack on these foods, even binge. It’s hard not to, if you don’t ave any other choice!
There were also couple of wending machines in the company’s kitchen in case there were not other terrible snacks around and employees needed a quick terrible sugary poison to satisfy their hunger with.
So what is the solution? Have your own healthy snacks handy. Which ones? All kinds of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables like bags of salads, kale, mustard greens and other bags of fresh salad always ready, cans of sardines, wild salmon, tuna, mackerel and herring, white yogurt, buttered milk, all kinds of nuts, peanut butter, almond butter. Stop whining, that you don’t know what to eat. Now you now!
Anything! It doesn’t really matter what combination you choose. What matters is, that it needs to be natural, fresh unprocessed stuff. And what also really maters is, that you have it there in that drawer or fridge when you need it. It takes little organization, preparation and little thinking ahead. But I know you can do it. You want your six pack abs there, visible, where it should be, so get busy with this simple stuff now!
Six pack abs snacks in your home
The same healthy fast snacks should be at all times at your home. Having all these stuff at home or some combination of them can save you so much time and it will help you to get six pack abs. These snacks and little meals don’t need to be prepared for very long time in order for them to be six pack abs supportive snack. No, they can be ready in seconds.
Ma favorite fast meal at home that I usually prepare for the whole family is kale salad with peas and mozzarella cheese. I always have few bags of organic Tuscan kale in my fridge. And if I don’t have time to prepare anything I pull the bag out. It’s already precut and pre washed. I than pull three plates on the table and I toss the kale in them. Then I pull another bag of frozen peas from the freezer, I unfreeze the peas under the stream of hot water, put these peas on top of the salad, put some olive oil in, some vinegar and pepper. Than I will add mozzarella cheese on top and quick salad is ready. And it takes 3 min to prepare.
Holly peanut butter
I can not live without peanut butter. I consider peanut butter as a performance food number one. Also, I call it six pack abs holly butter. Peanut butter is the single reason I am able to juggle family, work and staying incredibly fit and energized at the same time. Even for my creative juices I credit peanut butter. It’s quite a wonder food. I just can’t live without it. It’s everywhere in my environment – at my works food cupboard, at home, in my cars trunk, on my passenger seat, I even have few jars at friend houses in case I get the peanut butter moment.
I don’t care what paleo guys say about peanut butter (they don’t consider it paleo). They are a healthy bunch leading super healthy lifestyle, but they wouldn’t recommend to you to eat peanut butter. But I do. And the reason is very simple. It works. It’s nutrient dense food with huge amount of protein, fats, low on carbohydrate, high on resveratrol (it’s believed to be anti aging substance, and there is more of it in peanut butter than in red wine).
But, and this is a huge but, you have to make sure, you really get and eat the right peanut butter. There are a lot of crappy peanut butters out there. A lot! You have to be very careful to get the right one. No, it doesn’t have to be organic peanut butter.
Some organic peanut butters are terrible for your health. What matters is the ingredient list. You will find it on the jar somewhere. And when you find it, make sure you read it. And if is says dry roasted peanuts and maybe salt and nothing else, take it. It’s the right six pack abs peanut butter. Why maybe salt? Salt is not really bad for your health. Your body needs salt for its best functioning. The problem is, we already have way too much of it in our diet. So, if you can, get the unsalted one. I do. I love it and I feel f.a.n.t.a.s.t.i.c!
Another little hint I want to give you is, that you might like the crunchy peanut butter better than creamy one. I do. It’s delicious. Give it a try!
Eating right six pack abs diet is not difficult. It’s not time consuming. It requires little preparation, planing and thinking. But at the end of the day, it puts your six pack abs process on autopilot. Enough said.
