There are few very important six pack abs and great health benefits of adding fat to your diet as I wrote about them before many times. But this issue needs many more reminders. It’s the one going against the old common sense the most.
Isn’t fat supposed to be bad for you? No, it isn’t. This is a common old school advice still out there. In all those fitness magazines, TV shows and doctor offices. You hear that every day. Fat is killing you. Fat is making you fat. It only makes sense, doesn’t it?
Stores are full of fat free stuff. Fat free milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, mustard, chocolate and so on. It’s no wonder you are buying it and the advice too. The problem is, this common sense advice is wrong! It’s old school lame ass advice! Don’t listen! Stop listening to this crap right now! It’s actually killing you and your six pack abs too not eating plenty of fat.

There are few important health and six pack abs benefits that come from consuming more fat in your diet. And of course, I am going to be repeating myself here. But I think that general public is so brainwashed by fearing fat, that more about this is always better.

By eating more fat with every meal you eat, and I will get to which kind of fats are best for you later, you decrease your overall daily calorie intake. How? Fat makes us satisfied. For example, if I have 3 apples in the morning for breakfast. Yes I have 3 apples for breakfast very often. That by itself isn’t that bad of a breakfast choice. So, now you ate 3 apples with peanut butter.
