What is bio hacking? And how can you use it to help you get your own six pack abs? Bio hacking is doing some unconventional actions that come mostly from self experimentation. And these actions will help you get leaner, smarter, stronger and healthier. There are few things we can all do to become superhuman.
One of the example of bio hacking is doing short intensive 15 minute strength training workouts instead of doing cardiovascular exercise for long time, like 1 hour and more. The fist one is working beautifully to shed the fat from your body. And the second one is not working very well. You save a lot of time that is so important for busy people in their thirties and fourties. What is interesting though is, that almost everybody does or is inclined to do the long cardio to loose fat. And that is exactly the wrong thing to do to lose weight. It takes much more time and it is very inefficiently spent time.
Human growth hormone – six pack abs hormone
I recently read and made some research about natural human growth hormon production, it’s benefits, reactions to foods, and dangers of not having enough of it released to your bloodstream. Improving your growth hormone production to maximum possible levels is the ultimate bio hacking. Every biohacking action evolves around improvement of natural human growth hormone production.
To make my long research very short, we mainly stump our natural human growth hormone production by eating too much of empty carbohydrates and refined sugars. And this applies especially in the evening and night.
Human growth hormone Is responsible for our body and brain recovery. It is responsible for rebuilding the body and yes keeping us lean and feeling energized. It’s the ultimate youth hormone. The more you let your body release the natural human growth hormone by not stumping it, the leaner you will be. The healthier you will be. The better you will feel. The more superhuman you will become.
Our natural human growth hormone is released mainly when we sleep. And too much carbs stump it. There is a whole biology behind this process and its closely related to insulin production and inflammation. Very simply said:
Too much empty, processed carbs (sugar and alcohol included) = too much insulin released by pancreas = too much insulin in blood stream = inflammation = stomped human growth hormone production and that equals you being fat among many other scary diseases like heart disease, cancer or Alzheimer’s disease. This is just a very simple explanation of not having enough Human Growth Hormone floating in your bloodstream.

177 rule
177 rule means eating maximum of 177g of carbohydrate per day. Count them, measure them, everyday. This is the maximum of carbs you can eat per day. And this is an incredible fat burning rule. Hint: fresh fruit and especially vegetables are naturally low in carbs. You can eat as much as you want of these and you still fit into 177g per day.
Eat more fat
Yes, you heard that right. Eat more fat to loose more fat. I wrote extensively about the benefits of high fat diet before. But in short, eating a lot of right fat – saturated and most unsaturated, not trans fats, helps you keep your overall hormonal balance in check. It has sugar entry slowing property and it makes you feel satisfied and not hungry for long time among many others I will talk about later in this six pack abs program. My personal diet is based on fat. I eat sticks of grass fed butter and tons of olive oil, peanut and almond butter on daly basis. You will never find fat free or fat reduced products in my refrigerator. And that’s exactly why I have six pack abs.
Starve regularly
No, I don’t want you to developer any mental condition that will make you lose weight. But intentionally starving for extended periods of time, also called intermittent fasting is a great idea to speed your six pack abs achievement process.
How does it work?
You skip meal or two once or twice per week. Here is an example of my starving. I starve/ fast usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays, sometimes more often. I have very healthy meal for dinner day before, like for example big chunk of salmon with organic kale and lots of grass fed butter at 7:00 PM. After that I don’t eat anything and I go to sleep. The next day I skip breakfast and the next meal I have is healthy fat loaded lunch at 12 AM. That’s 17 hours between meals. That’s quite a long time without eating. And it is very beneficial.
Your body reaches for the reserves, which are the fat reserves. Your immunity becomes stronger among other great benefits of intermitted fasting. So stop being afraid of becoming hungry and keep extending that period regularly and you speed up your six pack abs process greatly.
Healthy binging
After you fast or whenever you want, you can also binge on food. That means, you eat like a pig a lot of food. The key here is to binge on right food. You certainly don’t want to binge on bagels and candy bars. The right foods to binge on are – fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh meets, fresh fish, eggs, butter, nuts, coconut butter, tofu and other natural sources.
The benefit of healthy binging is that, you can eat as much of these foods as you want to without gaining any fat and boosting your metabolism at the same time. That includes butter. You can eat the whole grass fed butter just for lunch. I do this quite often. I had half of the butter stick, which is almost 100 grams of butter and basket of strawberries for lunch yesterday. I felt great the rest of the day.
These are just a few strategies of bio hacking yourself into your own six pack abs. Don’t stay stuck only with these, keep experimenting. And I will cover some more unconventional action steps to achieve six pack abs faster, that really work. Self experimentation is the best way to learn. We are all different after all.
