Unwrapping your six pack abs
How do you unwrap you own six pack abs, so you can show it on the beach? Your six pack abs are wrapped in three main layers. And you need to uncover these layers. You have to follow few simple steps:
First, start taking the first layer of your packaging material in which your six pack abs are covered with cutting your carbohydrates to the minimum. This means consuming less than 100 grams of carbohydrates per day. It is quite easy done when your carbohydrates consist of mainly vegetables and some fruit.
Second, start taking the middle layer of packaging by doing your regular workouts focused mainly on intensive weight training of large muscle parts like leg muscles, back, shoulders and chest muscles. Don’t worry about abs exercises just yet. Add some cardiovascular exercise mixed with sprints and intervals.
Than take third layer of, which is eating a very healthy overall diet consisted of not processed foods, enough protein, plain unsweetened beverages and you keep unwrapping for long time.
