I’ve said it before many times. I hate cardiovascular exercise. With that I mean that kind of chronic cardio you see people doing in the gyms and health clubs on treadmills, ellipticals and other hamster wheels.
The reason I hate it is because it’s not helping you achieving six pack abs. It’s the least time effective exercise you can do. The benefits are just too little from that. And you can actually see it on those people. They are a perfect example of chronic cardiovascular six pack abs non achievers.
I don’t know who said it, but it is true: The insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
If you have been doing your cardiovascular exercise for a while now, and you don’t see much of a progress happening, maybe it’s time to change things a little.
The most effective road to six pack abs
The most effective way to achieve six pack abs and all the great stuff that comes with it is through intensive strength training. And you can actually achieve it with just 3 exercises.
If you do 3 to 5 circles of:
1. Max. repetitions of push ups
2. Max. Repetitions of pull ups
3. 35 Squat jumps
Ab exercises: zero, none, nada – you don’t have to do these.
2X per week
Time required: 20 minutes. Time weekly invested 40 minutes. And you can actually incorporate this workout to your daily life activities, like for example playing with your kid or cooking. You’ll become a great example to your little one, or just get that workout done while cooking. I just wanted to point a little concept of work-life-workout integration, that I am a big fan off.
Ok, so if we consider that, we get to time required: 0
Now add to it a great six pack abs diet. And you’ll reach your six pack abs destination.
This is the simplest effective way to achieve six pack abs. You can call it an Ipad of fitness. It’s stripped of everything else and what is left are the things that work the best.
If you tell me you can’t do a push up or pull up, well that’s another a completely different conversation. But the short answer is to modify your your pull ups and push ups until you can do a real one.
Purpose of this article is to be simple. Six pack abs achievement can be very simple. Simply do less and achieve more! Get six pack abs with less work and concentrate on what works.

Awesome.. A while back I had this realization that life is not about addition but subtraction.. Basically it means simplifying everything and getting the most out of life for the least effort. Once I took this understanding over to the way I traded the markets and the way I worked out and with my diet, my results were the best I have ever had in all my life. IF you need to do more to achieve things then you are going about things the wrong way.. life is about getting as much bang for your buck so to speak! – loved this article
