I decided to monitor with simple writing exactly what I do and what I eat to maintain my six pack abs athletic body.
I’m 40 now, but you can hardly see more fit guy out there. I’m not bragging, just motivating you to follow what I do to stay fit.
My workout today:
3X15 – seated leg press machine – heavy 400 lb all 3 sets – machine can’t be loaded heavier :). And it’s ok. That’s enough.
3×15 hamstring curl – heavy intensive 120, 130. 150lb
Don’t start with that kind of weight if you’re just starting my fellow six pack abs achiever. Slowly build up to your own weights. Otherwise you’ll get hurt.
3X37 – squat jumps
That’s it for workout for today.
It’s 1 pm and I had 3 bulletproof coffees and lunch at 11AM – can of sardines, fresh pepper, 2 apples and 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
I’m sipping a sugar free Irish breakfast tee now.
