Achieving six pack abs even if you’re not that young anymore like me, soon to be 41, should not be a problem for you my fellow six pack abs achiever. So please stop using excuses like: I’m too old for this. My metabolism is slowing down. I have kids and don’t have time for anything.
Excuses, excuses, excuses!
Six pack abs body daily routine, diet and becoming super fit beast video:
I was at the pool yesterday with my wife and my two kids. I did the father – son 15 minutes typical swimming lesson with my boy that didn’t go anywhere off course. He wanted to play with squirt guns and balls so lesson was over before it even started.
I sat down on pool deck after and looked around me. There were another three much younger families with little kids there. And few teenagers wrestling in the pool.
I always observe fitness level of people around me. That’s my professional deformation. And off course I want to go and immediately give them advice what to do and what to improve. It takes a lot of effort on my part to not preach to them and rather shut up.
But observing these all young men and much younger fathers than me – late twenties or so. I just wanted to go and tell them: Shame on you! Look at yourself. Really? Do you have any pride in yourself anymore? You guys all look like pale, flabby farmed turkeys!
I don’t mean to be rude, but how can men live confident, great life’s when they show up at the pool and they look like this? It’s ultimate confidence killer for them?
What do their wife’s think about them? For the most part they are much fitter than them. Is that ok with them?
How come old bald furth like me is way much fitter than them? That should not happen! Youth should be fitter than bald, going grey guys like me!
Youth should all be wearing natural Six a Pack Abs!
But there is hope off course for these young flabby gentlemen.
There always is!
