If you asked me to give you a ride home, I will need at least 5 minutes to remove all the crap from my passenger seat so you can sit down. Actually, it is not the crap, it is all the cheat food I always carry on my passenger seat. When I drive somewhere I am always snacking on nuts, fruits, seeds and fresh veggies like brusell sprouts.
It drives some people crazy seeing the mess in my car.
But by the time I arrive to my destination, I am already full of healthy raw unsalted nuts, some fruits, seeds, so I don’t feel like eating any chips or having a candy bar. I cheated myself automatically to avoid these junk foods.
Can you utilize this formula? Do you often snack on garbage foods like crackers, chips, chocolate covered raisins? If you do, and we all do sometimes, than load your passenger seat in your car with good stuff and snack on it whenever you are driving somewhere. And these days we all drive somewhere almost every day.
If you think this can cause you some concentration problems while driving, ignore this article and don’t snack on nuts and drive. But if you are like me, and I think, that snacking on nuts while I am driving actually improves my concentration, than load up your passenger seat with them.

So next time when I refuse to give you a ride, it’s not because I don’t like you. No. I want to have a good time with my healthy buddies on my passenger seat on the way home. We even tell funny stories to ourselves on the way home.
