Picasso was a smart, hard working guy.
No, he wasn’t talented.
His best work was made when he was in his sixties and seventies.
He worked hard on his craft and he sticked to it for a very long time. Than and only than, the incredible results came.
The same applies to great health, performance and fitness. You have to be willing to work hard on it day in and day out for a very long time.
To achieve it and keep it takes forever. It hurts, it’s uncomfortable, it could be very boring, and that’s why it’s so valuable.
Everybody wants to have it, but not everybody is willing to put the work into it. That’s why the majority of people will never have it.
Are you the majority? Or are you the rear breed that actually achieves it and keeps it?
