A week ago I saw a quote that is changing my life once again. I love that quote! I believe it will push me out of my comfortable zone in which I’ve bee hovering for a while now π With that off course I meant a comfortable zone with six pack abs shape.
But it’s time to disrupt this comfortable zone and aim little higher. Does that mea achieving eight pack abs? Not really. I believe six pack abs fitness goal is a great accomplishment on its own. Where I will be aiming higher is by being more bold in my actions and listening and following my heart more closely. Let’s see where it gets me. I promise you my six pack abs achieving friends, I won’t end up living under the Golden Gate Brige, even though it’s kind of romantically appealing to me π
