It’s already beginning of March and everyone is already giving up. I see my gym getting emptier every day.
That’s why my New Years resolutions come exactly at the beginning of March.
It’s the time to persist.
It’s the time when winners keep going while everyone is giving up.
I’m not going to bore you with a long article. This will be short, sweet and to the point.
I’ll guide you exactly from beginning to the finish what you need to do to accomplish this worthwhile goal.
To achieve Six Pack Abs fitness, health and attractiveness you have to:

Write down with thick permanent marker on thick large paper:
I am achieving Six Pack Abs this year. When I walk on the busy beach on this coming November tropical vacation, everyone is jealous of my lean, strong six pack abs body.
Start looking for hot beach vacations where you can stay for at least 11 days.
That’s your deadline for your six pack abs goal.
You have 8 more months to achieve this six pack abs. That’s plenty of time.
Skip the mountains this year!
You’re going to show up on the beach!
It’s a done deal!
If you are brave enough go and book your vacation today. It should be at least 6 months from today. I prefer September, October or November months to give yourself plenty of time.
Don’t have any other main goals this year. This is it. Achieving six pack abs is your only ambitious, life changing, bragging rights creating goal.
This goal is big and it’s very motivating! But if you mix another big goal into your life, you’ll most likely give up.
So don’t be such an ambitious animal. One big life changing, fantastic health promoting, high sex appeal creating goal of Six Pack Abs achievement is your only big goal for this year. And you’re starting at the right time – beginning of March. The time when everyone is giving up.

Now enough of dreaming! Let’s get to the action steps.
No, they are not easy!
If they were, everyone would have six pack abs. But last time I checked almost nobody has it.
But that’s exactly how you’re going to show the world that you’re not average!
You are not average!
Who the hell wants to be average!
You are special! And you’ll succeed!
Right?
Death right!
Things you have to start doing today and everyday!
Eat your dinner at 6 PM everyday.
After that no food enters your mouth. Sip a sugar free mint tea for the rest of the evening. Boring? Absolutely! Is it worth it? Absolutely!
Eat 2 meals per day – lunch and dinner.
No breakfast – fat loaded coffee is fine. Sometimes a must!
Eat unprocessed stuff!
80% and more of your calories should come from good fats – olive oil, butter, coconut oil, avocados, greasy pastured meats, eggs, raw nuts.
No processed sugar in any form enters your mouth – honey and stevia included.
Eat 3-5 pieces of fruit daily.
Eat vegetables with your 2 meals per day.
No rice, no pasta, no bananas!
Your only source of carbohydrate will be – green leafy vegetables, other veggies and fresh fruit.
Start with intensive whole body strength training.
Become consistent without failure with your strength training.
Adopt active lifestyle – walk, bike, play sports, don’t sit much.
That’s it!
